Yeah! This place apparently is a front for some other venture like drugs or something other than residence!!!! Their online info gives the impression that there are rentals and more than a couple of options to move in there! But when you call you some disinterested hillbilly that could care less that you called and then he switches to automated call answer service so you can't speak to anyone!
RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! He will rip you off and not care to let you know it. My entire deposit was squandered away because of false charges he pretty much said he could do it just because. I was charged for carpet cleaning when I lived there for three years and that is obviously something that needs done and also the water heater broke twice leaving a stain and he never got anyone out the second time to clean it.
