I was warmly welcomed and promptly introduced to Sales Representative Albert Bensimon, who answered all my questions without any pressure. When I pointed out a defective part, it was repaired immediately—no hassle, no questions asked. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks in large part to Albert’s professionalism.
When you are trying to exchange your car and the (typical) car seller does everything in his power to find defaults and lowball on the price, it's definitely not a great experience. Good riddance of all of you, the prices are all going down.
