Update: I ended up going to a different location and was informed that the employee took a little longer with an errand that she had to do before opening.. could have put a note up saying be right back.. but I am glad I went to the other location because the lady their was super sweet and was super patient with my daughter.. So irritated with this location, I had made an appointment on line for ear piercing for my daughter at 11, got to the location a little early seen someone inside, even the hours sign said they open at 11... read more
