She was busy with a young man when I got there but I didn't mind waiting. She was so cute with him and did her best to make sure he was happy. Then my turn. All i needed was an earring replaced. It turned into quite a big thing because she didn't have the proper tools. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

I came two days in a row to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her birthday. The first day, there was a sign that said they closed early, sorry for the inconvenience. We went back the next day and they said there was a sign that said they were on break and would be back at 5:35pm. I waited for an hour and a half and came back and no one is here at 5:41pm. I’m super disappointed and so it my daughter

Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and was told she had to be 6 months. My other daughters were only 3 months, and when I called 2 other Clair’s near me I was told 3 months was the requirement. Get better staff.

HORRIBLE service. I made an appointment to get my daughter’s ears pierced. She’s been EXTREMELY excited, and when we got there they were on break and said they’d be back at 3:30… it was 6:30 when we were there. We waited and waited and no one came. No one answered the phone or responded to my messages. Broke my daughter’s heart! Not okay!!
