HORRIBLE service. I made an appointment to get my daughter’s ears pierced. She’s been EXTREMELY excited, and when we got there they were on break and said they’d be back at 3:30… it was 6:30 when we were there. We waited and waited and no one came. No one answered the phone or responded to my messages. Broke my daughter’s heart! Not okay!!
My 9-year-old daughter had her ears pierced here, and the woman who did the piercing was amazing! She was so patient and even made my daughter laugh when she was crying and nervous about getting her second ear done. I can't remember the woman's name, but she was working the day before Thanksgiving, and she deserves a raise!
