I’m not sure what kind of business Claires is running but you can’t get nobody on the phone. I return on 7/28/23 still haven’t received my return and trying to get somebody on the phone to figure out where your money is is a joke and trying to get the store to give your money an even bigger joke. I would definitely say not to shop at Claires.

Took my 2 little foster daughters to get their ears pierced. The staff was very nice. That wasn't the issue. My little ones were really good and didn't play with their earrings. Within 24 hours 1 of the girls was missing an earring. A week later the other little one is missing an earring. These were not the cheap ones either. They were 80.00 per pair. It was good. Got my ears pierced. Didn't take very long, maybe 20 minutes. Lots of earrings selections for the initial studs. Some pretty cheap ones, like $20-30 or so. If your ears get infected don't get mad at them, they had me sign a whole thing about how to clean them and gave me the ear care liquid etc.
