This is such a amazing claires, i went to get my second done and Kelsey (the store manager) did AMAZING!! she showed me different ways that my second could be lined up to make sure i got the best look for what i liked! i would 100% recommend going here, customer service was awesome, great service, and shows you how to properly clean as well. you could really tell they want the best for you on your piercings which i love!!
This evening I took my daughter to get her ears pierced again and Maddy was absolutely amazing!!! She took her time, didn’t rush, made sure the dots were perfect. She was just truly amazing and great with my daughter! I highly recommend this place especially Maddy. We will be back and will make sure she’s there again!
Kelsey went above and beyond when my daughter and I came in to the store. Additionally, we arrived 20 minutes before the store was set to close and she never rushed us or made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Also, she was knowledgeable and provided several options for my daughter’s additional piercings. With all this being said, we highly recommend using this location and Kelsey in particular!
