Poor management, made an appointment. Worker dipped out to go on break right when our appointment was scheduled. Said “sorry, I am going on break, I am sorry I never pierced a baby’s ear. Sorry your appointment was moved to another location. Sorry I am on break now.” Which she lied about our appointment being moved. Just be cautious.
Melissa was seriously amazing. I brought my 4 year old daughter in that decided today was the day she wanted her ears done lol. And Melissa was very sweet, very particular about making sure it was done 100% correct and lined up. My daughter has dwarfism and she was very helpful in figuring out the best size piercing and really cared to make sure it was done perfectly and would have a good recovery. Thank you Melissa!
The store manager at this store is super sweet with a welcoming vibe, so much positive energy! Bringing a fantastic atmosphere to the store! making it a must-visit! 10000% recommend coming to this Claire’s location! 🫶🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
