I went in this morning to get my nose pierced soon as they opened. I had a girl named Kayla, she was amazing. It was quick (I had to get to work in like 20 minutes), as painless as I imagine could be possible, and she was so educated and informed about the process and care. She was super patient when I was super indecisive and unsure about the positioning I wanted, super knowledgeable, and just overall super nice. Love this place, highly recommend to anyone looking for a good piercing experience . Thank you Kayla!
Wish I had a good review but unfortunately it was not a good experience. The associate was friendly but mentioned this was not her familiar location. My 14 year old son had been waiting for this day for a while and we picked out his birthstone. They didn’t have it in stock so we chose another earring. The associate pierced his first ear with no problem and then goes to the other side. She clicked the kit twice which caused it to bend in his ear. Got 2 piercings today and I love them! The worker was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! I wish I got her name but she was AMAZING! Will definitely come back for future piercings.
