My wife got her nose pierced. A few hours later, the nose ring fell out due to her body rejecting (healing). She returned to the store and was told to wait a few days for her hose to heal before redoing the piercing. When she returned to the store, they told her that her piercing was "sold" and she has to repay for another piercing and cannot get a refund. She has reported this to her bank to receive a reimbursement.
The younger guy working here was great! I had told him that I was looking for a specific item that had fallen off my keychain, and he said that they were taken off the shelf recently. I was totally okay with just browsing and grabbing a few items other than this keychain. Lo and behold, he was unpacking products… AND A NEW VERSION THAT WAS SO MUCH CUTER WAS IN THE BOX!!! I make an order for 2 hours pick up in store. And try to go pick it up, and every time i going there store is never open even I go to the website to check the store hours! It’s very disappointing!!!!
The workers here are extremely rude. We love Claire's, but we will steer clear of this location from now on. I am highly disappointed as this is the closest location, and my daughters love shopping at Claire's. I just wanted to update my review after I contacted customer service and truly appreciate their service.
