I do not recommend taking my baby to get her first piercing a week ago and the lady did not know how to do them on the same side, they came out really bad. She told me to take her back and I took her today and she did it again and it came out the same on the same side as she had done it before. It was bad. and she put a different earring on her than the one she had before. Bad service now my baby has a big earring and a small one and a different position
Horrible customer service The manager is always rude and acts like she is working on commission. She refuses to make returns, even if jewelry is unworn.
Went in and bought some things for my daughter and her friends. Some of the things I bought I needed to return, got there and they denied my items and I had a receipt. The receipt shows a return price and all. She denied my return so now we’re stuck with stuff we don’t even like. Never going back to that Walmart!

It supposedly says you guys are open, however my mom and I were there for more than an hour and nobody showed up. The employee was supposedly on break but we waited an hour and nobody came to open the gate… all we wanted were some reindeer antlers you guys had… the Claire’s in hanger outlets didn’t have them, I almost placed a pickup order but I’m glad I didn’t because nobody showed up.
