Very deceiving. Claims there is a Claire's in the Walmart. There is not. There is a tiny Claire's display that I found after walking the whole store. Not a Claire's store as pictured. Not a single employee offered me assistance. Super confused where these reviews came from saying they had their ears pierced as there is nowhere for that to happen. Unless you do it who standing in the accessories aisle in Walmart. Go to a real one in the mall if they still exist.
We had a great experience with our two daughters getting their ears pierced at Claire’s!! Evelyn and Lily knocked it out the park with customer service and dealing with a nervous dad.
Shay was absolutely amazing with my daughter (4). She was the only one there and did one ear at a time and just had the patience of a saint and the skills to keep my daughter distracted. Would highly recommend.
Shay and Kristine were so pleasant and so very helpful. We will make it a point to go back when we need anything.
