We had a great experience with our two daughters getting their ears pierced at Claire’s!! Evelyn and Lily knocked it out the park with customer service and dealing with a nervous dad.
Shay was absolutely amazing with my daughter (4). She was the only one there and did one ear at a time and just had the patience of a saint and the skills to keep my daughter distracted. Would highly recommend.
Shay and Kristine were so pleasant and so very helpful. We will make it a point to go back when we need anything.
Had my 13 year old daughter’s ears pierced here today she wanted second holes in her ears. Shay and Kristine were absolutely wonderful ! Gave suggestions, helpful advice and made my daughter feel super comfortable while getting pierced. Great staff !
On 1/2/25 I took my grand daughter for a re-piercing of her ears. She had a very bad experience the first time so I was looking for a reputable establishment to do it again Claire’s has been around a very long time and I knew they had the experience and expertise to do this for her. My gut feeling wasn’t wrong We were met right away by Kristine with a smile and such a welcome I explained what happened and that she is sensitive to certain metals.
