I had my ears pierced (2nd piercing) at Claire's & realized a few days later that the new holes were too close to my old ones & I couldn't get earrings into the old holes. I think it was a mis-communication & misunderstanding between the person who did it & myself. I don't think either of us was entirely to blame. The manager, Claudia, listened to my story and after I removed the new piercings, she repierced where I wanted them. Both ladies were so friendly and professional.
