Katherine is a wonderful Claire’s employee. She takes pride in her job and is very attentive to customer needs. She goes above and beyond to satisfy all the customers. Watch out!
It is always a pleasure to shop at Walmart
Claire’s regional manager should give Katherine a nice end of the year bonus for the extra effort in customer service. Just happened to stop in traveling through to get my daughter a gift and not knowing what a teenager would appreciate nowadays. Thank goodness Katherine was there to help. Just asking me a few questions about her we were able to find a few things she might like. She opened them for Christmas and was very excited.
My 12-year-old got her ears pierced for her birthday and had the best possible outcome and experience with Katherine. She knows exactly how to talk to kids and is so patient. Love her!
