I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced for the first time, and we had a great experience. Dymon was wonderful with her, making sure she was comfortable before getting started. She gave her a little Claire's princess teddy bear to hold onto while she pierced her ears. They also have the full selection of piercing kits that you'd get if you went to the mall location. Very happy wth our visit!
