First time we went to get our daughters ears pierced, we were going to buy her $80 earrings. They refused because we were still in the process of getting our new ID's. We went back and every single time it said they were Open, they were not. We drove over 30m to Pflugerville when their website said they were open in over 90° weather ,no AC, to finally get our 1yr olds ears pierced,just to find out they are actually closed when the website says open.
