We have been talking about getting my daughter’s ears pierced for years but she was always too afraid. Dana’s professionalism and kindness helped convence her that today is the day to go for it. My daughter completely trusted her. Dana talked my daughter through the process and helped her completely relax. Now she is thrilled to have her new earrings!! Thank you!!!

I went to Claire's at the Walmart in Morganton North Carolina to get my left ear pierced. I decided to get 2 piercings in my left ear. I wanted the distance between the piercings to be very precise. The woman who helped me, I think her name was Dana, she was excellent. She showed me before she did the piercing the exact measurement to make sure it was what I wanted. We went September this year and got both my daughters ears pierced. They had a deal at the time get a piercing and get free earrings for a year. They told us one e-mail would work for both, and they done it on one transaction. I went to the store they told me only one child could get earrings. Can you imagine taking both your little girls so excited to get earrings and only one can to get them...it's not fun or fair. I wish 0 stars was an option. 2nd time driving from a different county to find out they are not open. Based on what walmart employees told me, she makes her own schedule and opens when she wants. I dont see how this person is not fired.

Got to the store and it was not opened. I asked an Walmart employee if they knew when the store would open. The lady told me "to be honest I don't know when she will be here. She works when she wants too". What kind of mess is this.
