I took my son here to get his ears pierced. The woman who did it was awesome!! Very clean and changed gloves when needed. She did a great job on placement and was just all around great! Today (the day after getting them done) his ears aren't bothering him at all. I know there are a lot of horror stories about getting piercings at claires but we had a great experience.

I called to ask if they had the initial “Y” In necklace form & before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and immediately told me no without finishing, I told her to have a good day and hung up, I do not recommend this place, they are so unprofessional.

So I wanted to get get my daughter's ears pierced since birth but my wife wanted to wait until she was old enough to make her own decision. So 35 months later my daughter says she wants earings like Mommy. Me being like heck yes! I called everywhere I could think of and no luck accept claires in Camillus. I called and made the appointment to get them done a couple hours later that evening for 5PM. We drove 50 minutes and told the woman we were their for an ear piercing appointment.
