John was polite and professional. A piercing expert!!! Sterile and clean setup, in & out in no time!!! I would definitely recommend to others.
Liberty & Lilly were very helpful and polite . They are awesome at customer service !!! Kind to my entire family !! Not to mention the great sales this place have !!
I don’t see why Claire’s has a customer service line or email because they don’t call or reach out to you about store complaints. I called and left message and email and I’m still waiting for response. I hate Claire’s cuz their to damn expensive I only go there cuz my granddaughter loves it.
