April and Emily were so great with piercing my 18 month old's ears! Patient, friendly, and informative. If you're hesitant about a piercing, these ladies will put your worries at ease. Definitely recommend.

I usually do not post reviews, but April is phenomenal. I had to take my 9 month old there to have one of her ears re-pierced (no fault to anyone, the original location was Hickory.) She did an amazing job with her! I was really nervous, but she made sure my daughter was comfortable, and didn’t rush anything, she was super patient. I can’t praise her enough. She even changed out the earring in the other ear so they matched. My daughter barely cried. It’s a night a day difference between this location and Hickory. Somebody pr... read more
