Went in to get my 5yo daughter’s ears pierced as requested for her birthday. Stephanie was fantastic. My daughter flinched for the first piercing and the pierce didn’t go the whole way through and my daughter started screaming. Stephanie waited for my daughter to settle down patiently. Once my daughter settled down, Stephanie was patiently waiting for because my daughter was overwhelmed by this point. She successfully got both ears pierced quickly. Horrible customer service!!! Went in to get my daughter's ears pierced, she was super excited too! Told the lady what we wanted done after not even being greeted by her. She growned,grabbed her tablet & didn't say a single word to us for 10 mins! Finally I ask if it's not working ? I got a snippy NO!! Then after several more mins she got it working only to say they only have $80 to $100 earrings. Double what I planned on paying. So needless to say we didn't even get them done.
