I came to get my daughter a replacement pair of earrings (she’s one.) I just wanted the ones she was pierced with because one feel out. I’ve bought a replacement for them before at a different Claire’s (American Fork) and they were great to work with. The girl I worked with originally offered me a 50% discount because they came out to what I would pay if she got them fully pierced. She called her manager to double check. Jade is amazing!! My 10 year old daughter said she would "never" pierce her ears even though we have been trying to convince her for years! We stopped in at Claires on our way out of Walmart "just to see" what the process was and Jade was so sweet and so helpful. She explained the entire piercing process from beginning to end and even let my daughter touch the instruments and sit in the chair where it is done. I came in a few weeks ago and we had the best customer service. The lady working there was so nice and sweet with my young daughter.
The costumer service was amazing and the cashier was very friendly and gave amazing advice you could tell she enjoys her job it made the experience so much better.
