My wife and her mother took my 4-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced 2 weeks ago the lady that worked with her seem to be having a bad day and wasn't very friendly she marked my daughter's ears but didn't make sure that they were even and was upset when my wife and mother-in-law pointed out to her that the mark's weren't even the piercings were supposed to be free with the purchase of the earrings but the diamond earrings they were allowed to pick didn't have visible prices she pierced my daughter's ear and afterwards ... read more
I made an appointment to pierce my daughters ears there and after she got all excited, we got there and they were closed. They did not message me to let me know or answer when I called. We were all very disappointed.
Call before you come! We arrived excited for our first ear piercing at 700p and behind the locked gate the sign read open til 800p, which I verified online before showing up, The Walmart customer service rep who was bothered to look up from her work had “no idea, they are completely different store from us.” I understand these types of arrangements, but to not have some type of communication system between stores that are intertwined is not helpful. Boo.
