On 1/2/25 I took my daughters to get their ears pierced at the Town Center location in Leawood KS. We had a horrible experience there. One of my daughter’s piercings was extremely far off and the customer service afterwards was awful. (The piercing was so off that the manager who did it said that she would not even have to wait the 24 hours for the hole to close). It's somewhat frustrating relying on times posted online for opening and closing hours. Especially when it's wrong and I live 45min away. Please fix your times on Google...or something.

Does not open when listed. We went in Saturday morning get my daughter’s ears pierced before her birthday party and it was all locked up. Went back half hour later and it was still closed.
