Recently, I left a glowing review of this place due to the wonderful experience I had getting my daughters ears pierced here. My experience with this Claire's has since turned into a nightmare. My daughter was pierced with the Claire's exclusive unicorn earrings. The earrings broke the very next day. I called in and was told that these earrings were discontinued and not even suppose to be in the store as others had had this problem and that we had two options. I made an appointment on line for Saturday at 11:30 to getmy granddaughters ears pierced .When we arrived for the appointment they were closed so we hung around Walmart till 12:15 and they still were not open.We left to go eat lunch and then called back about 12:30 still no answer .We ended up at Veauty Marks
