Terrible hours, service, and location! This store should be closed immediately, permanently. It is neither logical nor lucrative to keep a filthy, tiny, very poorly stocked, kiddie accessories store in a small town, inside of Wal-Mart open for any reason. Its overpriced junk that is already being sold inside Wal-Mart for less! The hours are inconvenient and inconsistent, habitually. We went to Claire’s in the Evans Walmart today and we were provided with exceptional customer service from Caleb! He was so thorough, extremely cleanly, he took a lot of time to with clean up and prep before we did anything which I really appreciated! I asked him if I could mark my daughter’s ears and he was very accommodating, I kept having to re-do it (because I wanted it perfect) and I really appreciated his patience. Was going to do daughters ear piercings. Options for earrings are very over priced and they are obvious cheap quality. Then told you have to buy an unneeded solution for $20. Decided will do this elsewhere

I had my daughter's ears pierced yesterday and spent $120. The earrings were $88 plus tax. BOTH of them have broken and lost the gems. Now my daughter has to wear broken earrings with them catching on everything. Clare's will not answer their phone and when I go in the associate tells me the manager is the only one that can help but can't tell me when they work. I'm so frustrated
