I was recently turned away from the other location in town due to them supposedly not having a piercer working at the time. I came to this location after that and when I asked if there was a piercer working was told there is always one available as all staff are piercing specialists. Is this not the case at all locations? The experience I had at this Claire’s was terrible to say the least. I will not be returning. I came here last week to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her tenth birthday. If you take your child here, please make sure it is not Tabby as the piercer. She was entirely unprofessional and made an experience that was supposed to be fun for my daughter and entirely uncomfortable and unsatisfying time. My daughter got her ears pierced here...went well until her ears were healed and we tried taking the studs out...couldn't get the backs off so I called claires to see why. The woman said they're locking backs and to turn them while holding the front of the earrings...still wouldn't budge. I called to see if they can remove them and they said not after the initial piercing. So now, 6 weeks later she STILL has her studs in because we can't get the backs off.
