My 8yr old daughter went into Claire’s to look around I was watching her the whole time & when we were leaving the cashier goes up to her to ask where she left a key chain she had & my daughter goes & shows her where she left it. The fact that she thought my daughter was going to steal it made me very mad. Definitely don’t go here if you want them assuming you’re going to steal anything you’re looking at.

I accidently placed 2 orders of the same lock diary, but only needed one. I went to pick up just 1 and told the lady to cancel the other one, but instead she entered it as picked up and I was charged TWICE when I was only given ONE of the diaries. Dishonest customer rep and bad experience.
