I believe they should make their return policies more visible or clearly communicate them, rather than hiding them behind a sign facing the opposite direction. My husband went into the store with a specific size nose ring in mind, and although they suggested an alternative, it ended up being the wrong one. Now, I can't return it.
Kelsha was super sweet! She had a very bright and joyful attitude, definitely hope to see her next time!
Lacey was absolutely amazing. We brought in 6 girls for my daughters birthday party to shop and she was so patient and kind with them. Shes helped to figure out what they each could afford to get with the money they had. She was the best. We've been to this store many times but she always is the one who goes above and beyond for us.... Thank you Lacey...
