The new store manager at these location is really dedicated , helpful , professional , and supportive individual . I came in when she was training her new staff and I love the energy she’s gave her staff . She always was customer service friendly. Keep up the great work young lady
customer service is poor and no common knowledge would not recommend for ear piercings. The old black lady that should have a better job than Claire’s and is mad and miserable that she works a teenagers job. Messed up my daughters ear piercing by giving her a second hole when she was supposed to repierce her ear. The hole was already there a very simple task she messed up and gave my 5 year old daughter another hole right next to the hole that was already there how slow could you be .
