Looking like it's out of business
Alex was a dream find. This is the third Claire’s that I’ve taken my 18 month old to fix one of her earrings that has fallen out 4x. (I’ve never seen my daughter touch them once by the way.) The first within 2 days of it being done! Then this last time it fell out, the other side’s back was put on sideways so it was stuck on! Alex so patiently used many tools and tricks to finally get the stuck one off as well as used different earring backs that should be the standard. I had such a good experience, Alex the store manager was such a huge help in finding what I was looking for and so much more. She’s absolutely killing it and made my shopping experience so much better!! Thank you ALEX:))) (give that girl a raise yall!)
everyone was very nice and it went very quickly. they also gave me great advice on what to do after! this is a great place to go and i would fully recommend, loved my experience!
