I called ahead of time to get my daughters ears peirced. Once we arrive 40min before close the girl claims we are too late but closed the store a half hour early Seems like something she could have mentioned over the phone. Instead she just refused us service, claims she'll be in trouble if she was to simply do her job. Its no wonder this place only has 3.3 rating

I want to give a MAJOR shout out to Sami. Not only did she handle my concerns about membership & ear piercing she blessed my son with a pair of earrings (she paid for) because our account wasn’t created correctly & my sons earrings were causing him discomfort. We left happy customers!
Great little spot to grab jewelry.
