I have went to Claire's many times and never have I had such great customer service. Draya (spelling might be off) has a sling on and she was amazing. So sweet and helped me get a great deal on jewelry. She was so kind and informative. Thank u.
Made an appointment arrived a little early only to learn that the girl there could not do the ear piercing was told to come back the next day and Google said it opened at 11:00 but they were not open. Checked their website and said 11. There was a sign inside the store facing the wrong direction that said opening at noon
Best birthday party spot ever! The organization of what parties offer has little to be desired. There are so many options for you to choose from and to build your own package for the party, it gets very confusing and overwhelming. With that said, The parties can be very inexpensive and have great themes! I would highly recommend. The store is closed during the party, so the personal attention from the staff is amazing. Birthday child gets a Claire's goodie too 🥰

I have always loved claires accessories...but i will say this....i have bought several sets of little earrings with little clay charms on them or what not and it costed me a good amount of money for them...and i kid you not most of those earrings i bought literally broke! The little clay charm piece or whatever literally fell off the earring so im left with this metal stud that i end up having to throw away.. Talk about a rip off. Other than cheaply made, expensive earrings, everything else here is great. Id still buy access... read more
