The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on the latest trends and helping me pick out the perfect accessories. The selection of jewelry, hair accessories, and beauty products was extensive, and everything was reasonably priced. I also appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the store.

I took my 3 month old to get her ear pierced. The piercer had no idea what she was doing. I asked her multiple times if she was comfortable doing her ears and she told me yes she had taken class on piercing.. this is what she did… I was so upset. I emailed Claire’s and didn’t get a call or any type of apology.
