People are helpful and friendly. I had my ESA animal with me and nobody said nothing about it. Actually people stopped and wanted to pet him, which is OK with me.
Awful experience all around! What was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience was anything but for our nine year old daughter. We had originally went to the location in Lindale Mall on Saturday January 11, 2025 and they had an issue with their equipment and couldn’t do piercings at that time. We were told to go to this location at wal mart in Marion. That should have been the first red flag of this situation. My earrings showed that they were 18.99 on the tag and they rang up as 24.99. They claimed that they couldn’t use my free earrings/month coupon unless I showed them the email with the barcode when they should be able to look up my email address. Then they had the nerve to ask me for my email address at checkout:
I live less than 5 minutes from this location. I've shopped at Walmart countless times throughout the day and I've never seen it open. Even today I came when the posted hours stated it would be open, and guess what the lights are off and the gate is still up. This is ridiculous and frustrating.
Love the new manager. Always speak and greeted each person.
