My girlfriend got her ears pierced here and did not have a good experience! She got both done, and one was extremely crooked and very painful, the other was fine! Tried to tell the worker it didn't look right but she said it was fine, it was not, so... We called the store and were met with a rude and snarky response. DON'T take anyone you like to Claire's. I got my ears pierced yesterday, and I was not pleased! The girl who pierced my ears was a really nice lady! However, my earing was very crooked and you could even see the back of the earring. She tried to say that it would be okay and that when I take it out the piercing would be okay, but it caused me a lot of pain afterwords and it was not right. Today I called back and the woman who took my phonecall was very unempathetic.
