Very positive ear piercing experience. The associate was sweet and patient with my daughter. Store and the piercing area were clean.
While walking into the front entrance of the Cottonwood Mall with my husband, we immediately felt uncomfortable as there was an older brunette woman that was constantly staring at us in the hall. It was morning, so it was just us on that side of the mall, and she made a total scene of gawking and huffing as she ran into Claire's. Every time I go into the Claire’s by the Dillards everyone is so kind! Madysyn pierced my ears and did an excellent job!
My kiddo is officially a young woman this month, so she gets her ears pierced too. Claire's was awesome, the gal did great talking kiddo through it, and she also did great sterilizing the equipment. Spendy, but worth the price.
