When I entered the store, I didn’t feel welcomed. The employees were rude and unprofessional.
Very positive ear piercing experience. The associate was sweet and patient with my daughter. Store and the piercing area were clean.
While walking into the front entrance of the Cottonwood Mall with my husband, we immediately felt uncomfortable as there was an older brunette woman that was constantly staring at us in the hall. It was morning, so it was just us on that side of the mall, and she made a total scene of gawking and huffing as she ran into Claire's.
