Just got my ears and nose pierced by Ashley! I can't explain how patient and gentle she was!! She was so sweet, It took forever for me to get the courage to let her piece and she never once did it without me giving the okay and was more than willing to let me work myself up to get it done. Legit nicest person ever and all my piercings turned out lovely 🩷 if your very nervous about needles and need someone you can trust, she's your girl!

Big HUGE shout out to the wonderful, amazing lady working this evening, May 8 2025. I had called before our arrival with questions about ear piercings, cost, sanitization, etc. She did say her name (I forgot), as I'd called numerous tattoo & piercing parlors beforehand, anyways. She had stated price was between $39 to $150 depending on the earrings chosen. It is the stupidest and most insignificant place you go to meet with a racist employee who is the height of disrespect. We went to have our daughter’s ear hole and they asked to see her vaccination card. When we said that she had taken the vaccination and was 3 months old, she said that she must see the card. We said that we did not bring it with us and that we are not liars. She said to us that we do not have to believe you. I must see the card. I would never recommend going to this store. Stay away from stupidity.

I was also in the store at the time of the incident in the previous review, and I feel it’s important to share what I witnessed, as the situation seemed to unfold differently than described. I was browsing the store when I noticed a man, who appeared to be with his children, acting aggressively toward the staff member, a woman who was simply doing her job. I went here with my father and my younger siblings and this white women she was the employee, gave us a weird look so I smile back to nice and she kept being rude mind you I’m indigenous I don’t want to assume the worst but I think she was a racist then she called security I don’t even know why she said we “Belittled her” and the security was also white and then we were told to leave overall negative experience don’t go here if you support indigenous people!!!
