Would give 0 stars if i could. The worst and rudest staff ever!!! So apparently we aren’t supposed to try earrings on. Understandable. Since it’s a hygiene issue. But isn’t that what should have been told before by the staff?!!! Before you start shopping?!! Before you actually start looking for stuff?!!! Such rude manager(i guess that who she was because of the way she was acting, tall white lady). I recently got my nose pierced at Claire’s and had an amazing experience with Lovepreet Kaur! She was absolutely lovely—super sweet, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained all the options clearly, and went over the aftercare steps in detail. The piercing itself was quick and well done. Lovepreet is truly a sweetheart and made the experience so easy and positive. Highly recommend her if you're thinking about getting a piercing!
