Yesterday, I had a disappointing experience at this store. There was a tall white lady with 2 ponies. The staff member who was assisting me was clearly distracted, spending most of the time on her phone and noticed wearing EarPods while on the floor. Although she mentioned a promotion briefly, what where is the customer engagement. When visiting Calgary I had the pleasure of stopping in to visit this Claire’s location. I was met with immediate kindness and smiles from all the lovely gals at the store. I can’t remember her name but there’s a lady with big beautiful hair and she had a whimsical look to her; she helped me find everything I needed, didn’t rush me, and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Whenever I’m back in town I know where to go for all my cute jewelry needs!

I was really disappointed with the service because the employee (tall white lady wearing skirt) assisting me was on her phone almost the entire time. Instead of paying attention or helping properly, she kept checking her phone or watch screen, which made me feel ignored and unimportant as a customer. I had to repeat myself more than once, and the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional.
