We had a wonderful experience getting our daughter’s ears pierced at Claire’s CrossIron Mills. Aurora was absolutely amazing! She was very kind, patient, and friendly with our daughter, and she explained the entire piercing process to us very clearly. They assume everyone is stealing. They force baskets on you as if thats customer service? That’s probably dictated by their corp but I promise you no customer wants to feel profiled. The reason Claire’s has filed for bankruptcy 3 times is because they charge too much and profile their customers. Parents send their kids in knowing they can evade the email data collection and sale pitch of the day. Avoid this location, daughter got ear pierced and is under age. Contacted the store , manager doesn't return calls. Definitely go some where else
We recently got our ear piercings done at Claire’s, and it was such a great experience! Jasman did the piercings for both me and my sister, and he was absolutely amazing. The process was not painful at all, and he made us feel very comfortable throughout. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’re very happy with our experience. Highly recommend!
