My daughter went to get her ears pierced (2nd hole) and when Aneve marked my daughter’s ear, I told her that the hole on the right ear was too close to her first piercing. I actually mentioned it twice. She insisted it would be fine and it only appears close because my daughter’s ears weren’t the same size. I went and got my nose pierced by Neutresse. I was super nervous because first experience ( from a piercing shop 8 yrs ago) was horrifying. She was super friendly, very patient and reassuring. Because of her ability to keep me calm by talking me through it the pain level was a 3/10. She was quick and efficient. Her energy is amazing and she provides phenomenal customer service! I pierced my ear few weeks ago and still it is hurting and its all red. I used the thing they gave me and still nothing. I had to go to cvs and buy cream for infection . I did the second and third button so i had to remove the third one becuase of hurting.
