My Daughers 9th birthday was a hit and the staff was incredibly helpful. I wasn't sure what to expect with a birthday party at Claire's, but it turns out to be a fantastic venue. It was decorated, there was a balloon tower and plenty of space for activities. Thank you Millie, Sphere and Kayla! Dingy but they also blare announcements in the parking lot that are very annoying. Sounds like a police speaker. It's very aggressive.
I haven’t been in Claire’s in over a decade. There’s a LOT going on in the store, but Louis was awesome at helping. He noted the sale they were having (I definitely wouldn’t have bought so many things otherwise, so he was great for the store’s sales), and was kind and conversational while I was checking out. He was super personable and efficient - the printer had an issue and he fixed it without missing a beat - he would be a great hirer for any store with customers.
