Jessica did a fantastic job with lobe piercing! Had a good experience
I took my 2 months old daughter today for her ears piercing and those ladies are amaaaaaaazing. I absolutely loved the experience. The lady who did the piercing was so gentle and caring. She answered all my questions and guide me through the aftercare steps thoroughly. Even on the phone the staff were very polite. The price is very affordable considering everything they do
Saturday my daughter & I went to Clair’s to just look around. I mentioned wanting to get a piercing for the past year and nervous. When I tell you between Jessica, the young lady who pierced my ear and the rest of the staff I did it😊 What an amazing group of young ladies working there. Thank you so much ladies, you all rock👍🏻👍🏻
I was a bit hesitant to leave a review since I've been coming to this Claire's for years, but after seeing a certain opinion, I thought to say something. The employees are always so kind and welcoming when I come in, they don't always have a smile on their face but they help me in every way possible and it's very disappointing that overly sensitive people think it's okay to bash these young hard workers like this. It's unacceptable.
I walked into Claire’s expecting a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, but was extremely disappointed. There was only one employee working, and she didn’t even acknowledge us when we entered. We stood there waiting to be greeted, but when she finally looked our way, all she said was, “What happened?” with a tone and attitude that were completely unprofessional.
