I recently got a piercing, and when I called the shop to ask what to do since it accidentally came out, the staff member told me I needed to pay to get it re-pierced. Here at 4:20 pm on April 16, door locked. Only one clerk on duty and she is on break.
I bought an earring for my ear, and it broke immediately after I tried to open it. I went back to the store to exchange it, and the employee told me that while it is difficult to open, it wasn't actually broken. I asked her to open it for me so she could see for herself that it was indeed broken (she couldn't do it), but she just kept making faces and, in the end, refused to replace the earring.
