Absolutely terrible experience and a complete waste of time. I had a confirmed appointment booked for my baby's ear piercing today at 5:00 PM. We drove 40 minutes out of our way specifically for this, only to arrive and find the store completely closed! No one called, no email was sent, and there was zero notice of cancellation. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to let people book appointments and waste their time and gas like this, especially when traveling with a baby.
