I had an uncomfortable experience today April 2 at 6:42pm at this Claire’s location with a cashier. My daughter was holding and testing a small fidget toy, and the cashier told us, very loudly, that my daughter could not play with it around the store without paying for it first because it might break. We completely understand the policy and had no issue with being reminded. However, the way it was said felt unnecessary and embarrassing. I checked online and it said the piercing should cost around $30–$50, but my bill came to $117. The explanation wasn’t very clear, so I’m still not sure why it cost that much.
Went in to inquire about returning a piercing that was unopened and unused the employee did not look at the receipt was very dismissive and rude when saying it was final sale. I was never informed about a final sale with the item. Would not recommend shopping.
I went here to get my ears pieced and the staff blew her nose and then touched my face and my ears and I was so uncomfortable that I had to walk out. DO NOT GO HERE.
my daughter an ear infection. she was pierced by a lady with dark brown hair named sam, i do not recommend this place.
