I went here to get my ears pieced and the staff blew her nose and then touched my face and my ears and I was so uncomfortable that I had to walk out. DO NOT GO HERE.
my daughter an ear infection. she was pierced by a lady with dark brown hair named sam, i do not recommend this place.
I went here for my daughter's birthday and a few days later she had the NASTIEST infection. Please don't go here.
My daughters and I just had a bad experience at this store location on Dec 4, 2025 at 8:40pm. There was a single store attendant working at that time. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would! I can see another review with the same experience I had. Horrible staff member was rude to my kids, 8 and 11 year olds. So I was here for my daughter piercing and after few weeks, one of the ear piercings got blocked, only for me to get there and their staffs talk so rudely and didn’t even listen to what I have say, Neither attend to us, my daughter feels so disappointed, that’s a non proffesional environment…11/11/2025
