Literally what. Bad customer service, doesnt close at the time given. And the people here are so rude, like claire’s is not even bad but this one is.
I don’t even give reviews like that but can I just say all the girls that work here are rudeee and nasty. Just act like we made them apply and how u mad bc I wanna get a piercing when u probably get a total of 3 customers every day…? Just have attitude for no reason ALL OF THEM. Every time I’ve ever come here. That’s all thank you
Go to any other Claire’s but this one. The girls that work here are not friendly at all. In fact I hope the employees here are another reason they’re shutting down. Ridiculous
Esther pierced my second ear piercing, and she was incredibly patient and sweet throughout the process. I almost chickened out, but she helped me stay calm with her kindness, humor, and reassuring attitude. She truly went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Please give her a raise! Also, with all Claire’s locations closing soon, I hope you all write her an amazing recommendation for any future job. She absolutely deserves it!
Disappointed. It seems like every time I go, they are closed for something. Today the sign said reopen at 1:45, waited til 2 and still not open so left and taking my business elsewhere.
