getting my ears pierced was a great experience today and the staff was extremely nice
I had a great experience getting my ear piercing! Savana was amazing—she was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The piercing was quick, and everything was clean and well organized. I’m really happy with how it turned out. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a wider variety of earrings to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
Manager won’t leave people alone when they are just trying to look around … Hasn’t just happened to me i’ve been in store multiple times and manager bugs people to the point where they leave. She is also very rude and doesn’t seem to know how to manage a store as the young girls there seem to do everything while Missy either stands there or harasses the customers
The manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate. She made inappropriate remarks about a child aswell.
