Went in to get my daughter's third piercing and a young lady by the name Arielle was the sweetest most caring.
Really happy with the service I received great customer service from both Ariel and Erika. Both ladies went above and beyond in helping me.
This robust lady Jacklyn has terrible customer service.she doesn’t have any people skills at all and needs to find a job where she isn’t acting this way in front of kids!!!!Thank good her team mate was absolutely awesome !!!!
Went in on Sunday 04/13/2025 around 1:40pm super excited to pierce my 9 month old daughters ears , when I walked in I went straight to the available employee, I asked ‘ hello are yall piercing baby’s ears today ‘ she then tones her voice up and says WAIT! i said ‘ I just have a question she says wait one moment when I waited she then came and didn’t even acknowledge us but proceeded to just grab the clip board and slam it on the counter , she was very rude throughout the whole process, what was supposed to be a fun and bitte... read more
