They did a good job piercing my daughters ears!
Would give 0 star rating possible. Receipt clearly states that any items can be returned if not opened or used. Employee stated that because it’s bodily jewelry it cannot be refunded. The problem is all your stuff is bodily jewelry then why do you even have a return policy? Be more clear that all purchases are final.
There was a young gentleman Timu, who pierced my son’s ears today. He could tell my son was nervous and was so sweet and talked to him to make him feel more comfortable! Awesome experience!
