My daughter had her ears pierced here about a month ago\. Recently, the earring became embedded in her earlobe and the area became infected\. We came back asking for help, but the staff refused to assist us and showed no concern\. The customer service was very disappointing\. I expected much better aftercare and support\. I would not recommend this store\.

We had such an amazing experience with Raeika. My 5 year old daughter decided to get ear piercings, without any appointments she accommodated us and my daughter didn’t even frawn, it was so amazing that I decided to get two as well… amazing sanitary processes and after care explanations. She is highly recommended.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Claire’s location. The staff were rude and handled the situation very poorly. A child was scared and left crying over an item they claimed had been touched. The item was completely fine and showed no damage, but we still felt pressured to buy it. The manager was not helpful and showed very little understanding or professionalism. I am very disappointed with my experience. My daughter had her nose pierced at this location only a few days ago, and the starter stud fell out. When we returned for assistance, we were told that the store takes no responsibility and that we would need to pay the full cost again. What is most frustrating is that we were never warned how quickly a new nose piercing can close if the jewelry falls out, nor were we informed about what to do in such a situation.
