We recently went to this place to get my daughter’s ears pierced, and unfortunately, it was a very upsetting experience. Two people pierced her ears at the same time, but one of them did not do a good job. The piercing gun got stuck, and instead of handling it carefully, the person pulled it out. My daughter’s ear immediately turned red and swollen afterward. Not long after, her ear developed a keloid, which we believe was caused by the poor technique and the way the piercing was done.
