I got second ear piercing on Friday night was told they wanted to make it write since first location didn’t ask about allergy to nickel. So I was offered free re piercing which I found out is a lie since it is free anyways. I got the piercing and same thing happened again with second earrings I just got the white gold has nickel in them as well.
Amazing customer service here. Angela the store manager was extremely helpful and I helped me the second I walked through the door!!!
I recently visited Claire’s in Peabody and absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Great vibe and awesome service!
