The management is incredibly rude and lacks professionalism.
The place orders lowest quality products feom chona and sells them 5 times the original price. This place is a scam. If you want the same product fo to shein or something, you'll get the same thing for one fifth the price. Over expensive and a waste of money.
TERRIBLE!!!! Would have given a zero if I could. I got my ears pierced here at this location and unfortunately it got infected, when I went back to see if they could take my piercing off the lady starting giving me attuitude and saying that IT WAS MY PROBLEM which I totally get and all I asked for was if they would be able to take it out and she starting giving me a attitude and was doing movements with her hand when I nicely asked. There was this girl (I believe her name was Mashal), and OH MY GOD!!!! Such incredible customer service, so patient, and friendly. I went to get my ears pierced and when I tell you that they give you their full attention, that they were will make your experience meaningful, I mean it. 10/10 would recommend!!!
